Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Founder plan doesn't require a card. When you're ready to go to production, we'll talk about the plan that fits your usage.
How long does workspace provisioning take?
Under a minute. The email with your credentials and the 5-line Python quickstart lands automatically.
Where does my data live?
On European infrastructure, with at-rest encryption and per-customer isolation. If your team has specific residency requirements or needs self-host, the Enterprise plan covers it.
Is the source open?
No. ConnorDB is a closed-source commercial product from Identy. The complete architecture documentation is shared under NDA with customers who ask for it.
Is it GDPR-compliant? What about SOC 2?
GDPR yes — all processing happens in the EU and we operate under Spanish LOPDGDD. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on the 2027 roadmap, aligned with the first production customers.
How is this different from a vector database like Pinecone or Qdrant?
A vector database handles one kind of index. ConnorDB handles several — vector, document, full-text, audit log — and guarantees they stay consistent across every write. The difference between a part and the full solution.
Does it work with LangChain, LlamaIndex or Claude agents?
Yes. We expose gRPC, Python and TypeScript SDKs, and a native MCP server. Any agent framework that speaks any of these integrates in minutes.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are administrative changes — your data and integration don't move.
