Privacy notice
Identy is preparing the full counsel-reviewed Privacy Policy alongside the Terms of Service before public launch. This page is the interim notice — it tells you what we collect right now and how to reach us.
What this site collects today
One endpoint collects data: the signup form on the landing page. Submitting it stores your email, the workspace name you picked, an optional note about what you're building, an ISO timestamp, a SHA-256 hash of your IP (with a per-deploy random pepper — your raw IP is never persisted) and a truncated user-agent. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
One purpose: provisioning your workspace and emailing you the credentials with the quickstart. Not for marketing drip campaigns. Not for retargeting. Not shared with any third party. Not piped to any analytics or CRM (we do not run analytics on this site).
Where it lives
Hetzner Online GmbH, Falkenstein/Nuremberg, Germany. EU data residency by construction; nothing flows outside the EU.
Cookies and tracking
None. No analytics, no marketing pixels, no session cookies. We verify it on every commit by reading the source. The day this changes is the day a consent banner appears alongside it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Under GDPR (EU) and the Spanish LOPDGDD. The Spanish AEPD is the supervisory authority for our data processing.
To exercise any right, write to privacy@identy.cloud. We acknowledge within 5 working days and resolve within 30 days.
Identy — controller details
Identy S.L. [CIF + Registered address pending counsel review]. The full policy with the Spanish Registro Mercantil reference goes live with the counsel-reviewed Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
When the full policy ships
We will notify every email on the waitlist by direct message with the effective date and a one-line summary of any rights changes. Until then, this notice is the contract.
