Terms of service
Identy is preparing the full counsel-reviewed Terms of Service. This page is the interim notice — by using this site or submitting the founding-customer form, you agree to it.
What this site is
connordb.identy.cloud is the marketing landing for the ConnorDB engine, a closed-source commercial database product of Identy. The engine is licensed separately under a founding-customer agreement.
Acceptable use
Read it, link to it, share it. Do not scrape, do not submit the waitlist form on behalf of someone else, do not submit data that does not belong to you in the notes field. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any waitlist entry without notice.
Forward-looking statements
Roadmap items, founding-customer slot counts, programme durations, and target dates on this site are non-binding. Nothing on the landing constitutes an offer to license the engine. Engine access is governed by a separate written agreement.
Benchmark numbers
Every latency number on the landing is captured with hdrhistogram on a documented host (Hetzner CCX33) with a fixed seed. Numbers are reproducible from a documented command; they are not a performance warranty for any other hardware, workload, or production configuration. Full methodology shared with founding customers under NDA.
Compliance posture
Identy does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI certifications. The verticals named on the landing (banking, healthcare, insurance, legal, defence) are target markets — not claims of certification. Certification roadmap is set during the founding-customer phase.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, the ConnorDB brand, the ADRs referenced, and the architecture documentation are property of Identy. Visiting this site grants you no licence to any of it.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law and the GDPR, Identy disclaims all warranties for site content. Liability for the marketing-page interaction is capped at one hundred euro (€100).
